University Prep, formerly the Margret Millones Middle School, is creating a community quilt based on the historic Hill District of Pittsburgh.The quilt contains a whimsical neighborhood created from necktie tips, and will include photos of historic places. The magic is happening during an after school program called THE ZONE, which is funded in part by the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts.
